Yule Celebration and Workshop

Come together this holiday season for an event that’s booze-free, fun, and healing.

We’ll first check in with one another and begin by sipping on warming tea blends and snacking on traditional foods (feel free to bring your own food that you create around this time to share with the group)

We’ll then have a meditative grounding experience to soothe your nervous system to get your heart and mind ready for the holiday season, which can hold complex emotions for many.

Next we will tap into our inner child (who especially needs attention this time of year) to paint and create unique holiday cards for our loved ones (no art experience required).
