Sacred Connections

Come to this monthly gathering to connect to yourself, your community, and Spirit, just as our ancestors did.

During each meetup, sacred space is created that makes each person feel held and seen by the support and connectedness of the group.

(Please check in with yourself and only come if you are in a place where you can give others this space and support)

Cole will lead the group through different techniques and practices to come back to self. Each evening will have a theme (balance, love, trust, self-worth, etc.) and will typically include a connection to the:

-Body (somatic healing, breath work, asanas, mudras, embodiment, etc.)
-Mind (journal prompts, subconscious thought work, meditation, etc.)
-Spirit (ritual, spell, quantum journey, etc.)

We are living in an epidemic of loneliness and lack of connection, to ourselves, to the Universe, and to others.

Come re-establish that connection holistically while learning invaluable techniques for healing individually afterwards and establishing a sense of belonging with your fellow spiritual folks.
