Event Description

In this specific shadow-work workshop, we will explore how our wounded inner child came about and how they have affected our beliefs and behavior. Then we will learn how to reignite our joy and nourish our inner child so that we feel seen, heard, loved, and supported as adults.

We will go over what holistic shadow-work is, then talk about how a wounded inner child can form and how it can affect us. We will then do a journal prompt, a deep meditation that helps you meet the needs of your inner child, then another journal prompt, followed by discussion (which is voluntary!)

Instructor: Cole

Fee: $25

Cole integrates shadow-work, bioenergetics, neuroscience, psychology, spirituality, and somatic healing to help you rewire old beliefs and expand your capacity for love and safety in a way that is unique to you.
