According to some estimates, there are over 4,000 different religions in the world.
Even if we organize them into broad groups, trying to become familiar with just a fraction can be a daunting task, and yet very rewarding.
In this class, we will introduce a number of tools from the field of anthropology of religion that will allow you to effectively compare and contrast differing religions, giving you a deeper understanding of each, and ultimately of your own.
Instructor: Frank Stormcatcher
Fee $35
Stormcatcher watches and learns. Then he applies what he learns in doing his part to keep the Pagan and Magical communities safe and free to follow their stars. This comes from a degree in Anthropology of Religion and the History and Philosophy of Science, nearly two decades of practice, and a firm resolve that sometimes it takes more than a lullaby to keep the nightmares away. Frank teaches workshops and offers readings and services upon request/need. Check the calendar for more info!
