Event Description
Short of the chapter in Hamilton's Mythology that you don't have to read for English class, most of us have never really heard much about the Norse Gods yet it is their names we find in the days of the week.
These gods had a powerful influence on the English speaking world but are not a part of mainstream understanding. This course will cover a number of the gods we can name and find with some basic information, reading references and some hint of the controversies around their classifications.
