Event Description

Fiona, a massage therapist and psychic healer, is originally from Sydney, Australia. She creates bold, intuitive encaustic works of art. The technique, an ancient method of painting using beeswax and heat, is a natural medium for Fiona, an Aries Tiger. Encaustic was notably used in the Fayum mummy portraits from Egypt around 100 - 300 AD, in the Blachernitissa (Our Lady of Blachernae) and other early icons. It is still popular among modern day 20th
