Self Love/Actualization workshop

Do you wish you had a healthier body image in your mind? Do you wish you could find a way to be the emotional and mental support you’ve always needed, but had difficulty finding in a partner?

Do you want to be able to have a satisfying intimate relationship with yourself - being able to let go of the inner judge completely so that you can truly let go and RELEASE?

Do you want to be the foundation of love For Yourself so that you can operate from a place of sharing your love with another person, without becoming addicted to them and losing yourself?

We don't have to stay bound within social conventions that were meant to mute our voice, our BEING.

This will be a one hour session in which a social container of safety, compassion and support will be created and shared so that self- soul healing can begin.
