Shadow-Work for Beginners

Time to dive into all things shadowwork! In this workshop, we will talk about Cole's unique holistic approach to shadowwork, the benefits of shadowwork, the side effects of not doing it, and how you can start practicing shadowwork right now. We will then do a somatic healing technique used to release trauma, followed by a guided meditation to meet the shadow self, then we will answer journal prompts and open the space for discussion (which is always voluntary). You will also get a workbook that includes everything we discussed, the somatic practice you can do at home, plus extra journal prompts and knowledge.
