Shadow-Work, The Journey Within

The shadow we are focusing on for this workshop is the part of us which has a hard time unmasking, the one who wants to hide our true "selves" and perform (ideal for holiday times, I think). Even if you don’t feel this is showing up currently in your life, I recommend coming and seeing what arises for you. ❤️

Shadow work refers to a journey inward, to deepen our understanding of ourselves so that we can properly release old wounds, honor our emotions, meet our needs, and know our worth.
This will be a monthly workshop led by Cole, a holistic healer and coach who specializes in trauma conscious inner healing.

In this workshop, you will answer reflective journal prompts, be guided through a deep meditation to meet/release/heal one of your many shadow selves, learn embodiment and psychotherapeutic techniques, and be led through a ritual activity that Cole intuitively creates each month (usually involves goodies to take home!)

We will begin the night with warm welcomes, magical tea, oracle card messages, and Cole will talk about the patterns and energy around the part of ourselves that we will be meeting.

We will create a sacred space for ourselves, and then open our minds and hearts with a few journal prompts. From there, Cole will lead you through a deep quantum meditation that will help you tap into your subconscious in order to gain clarity, wisdom, confidence, or whatever else the focus is that month.
We will then use the rest of the time to focus our intention into a small ritual activity that Cole intuitively crafts. It often involves releasing whatever isn't serving you and/or will help you to gain a sense of connection and empowerment in the process.

Everyone is welcome and no experience with shadow work or anything woo is required!

Please bring a journal/notebook, and whatever else might suit your needs during the meditation portion, such as an eye mask, crystal, yoga mat, or blanket.
