These shadow-work workshops are brought to you by The Shadowlit Path. They are for those who may still be battling their trauma and wish to make room for their most authentic, expansive selves. 
Cole is here to guide you into healing your body's nervous system and expanding your capacity to feel safe, cherished, and deserving of all that you desire so that you can embody your most powerful self and reclaim the life you were meant for.
In this specific shadow-work workshop, we will explore why your boundaries are too loose, too rigid, or nonexistent with certain people, learn all the different areas of your life that you can enact boundaries, go through a deep meditation to help you reclaim your boundaries, and establish how you can respectfully and firmly set your unique boundaries and prioritize yourself first.
Cole integrates shadow-work, bioenergetics, neuroscience, psychology, spirituality, and somatic healing to help you rewire old beliefs and expand your capacity for love and safety in a way that is unique to you.
 
Their unique system has been crafted from nearly a decade of experience, training, and research as an energetic healer, spiritual counselor, bioenergetics teacher, and someone who has overcome their trauma through their own quest for inner transformation.
They create sacred space for you to understand and accept your unique experiences and inner wounds while rewiring your subconscious and creating dynamic shifts in your conscious reality. They are a facilitator in self expression and self exploration, helping you feel safe, at ease, and powerful AF.
