Ever wonder what Shamanic Journey is and how it's different then meditation?

Find out in this two hour long intensive. In the first hour, there will be a presentation on the history of shamanic journeying, the different types, and an in depth explanation describing many different paths that use shamanic journeying as a tool.

This class is not to teach people to become shamans, but how to use altered states of consciousness to deepen your connection to Spirit. Shamanic Journeying is a great tool to bring introspection when it feels like at times there is a loss of direction.

The second hour will be an application of the skills learned, followed by a question and answer.
