bring the following stones with you or pick them up at Sticks and Stones when you come in! Wear something comfortable and feel free to bring a yoga mat or towel!
1^st Root Chakra –Garnet or other deep red stone

2^nd Chakra Navel/Sacral - Carnelian.

3^rd Solar plexus - Citrine, amber, or golden calcite.

4^th Heart Chakra - Green aventurine, pink tourmaline, or rose quartz.

5^th Throat center - Celestine, amazonite, or aquamarine.

6^th Third eye –Lapis lazuli.

7^th Crown chakra - Selenite, amethyst, or clear quartz.
