First meditation:

Visualization

Blue aura and white spirit energy globe.

Saw my self inside a shimmering light blue oval with a radiating white star above the top of the oval. As it radiated down, it was energizing and sparking that aura of the oval.

Second meditation:

Dolphins

Guided to be a sponge that floated with a pod of dolphins. Could visualize myself as the sponge and floating, but had a difficult time with the dolphin…
