Reiki Massage with Gwen Heather: Magic!

My second Reiki massage with Gwen Heather.  I recommend her highly.

During this massage, I felt a huge rush of energy leave me... from my shoulders through my core and out through the tops of my thighs and legs.  I felt immediately at peace and totally relaxed afterwards.

... in fact, I'm pretty sure that in the last 15 minutes, I fell asleep... I'm not sure if this is bad form or not, but I was sooooo relaxed and completely at ease and comfortable with the moment.

I walked out feeling centered, intentional, and energized.
