Event Description
In the magic and psychic community, we often speak of energy, both how it feels and using it to accomplish our aims.
But what is energy?
How to do we work with it?
In this class we will discuss what energy is and the various forms it takes, as well as several models of how we as incarnate beings affect and are affected by the energies in our lives. We will discuss how to sense or read energy, and how to generate it. Finally, as a practical application, we will discuss how to raise and maintain personal energy shields.
