Sambucus nigra  [sam-BYOO-kus NY-gruh]

This sacred Druids' hedge tree and healing herb, provides food, dye, jam, witches' wands and reported to stop virus influenza in its tracks. Elder Berries share many of the same properties of wine grapes lending themselves to some tasty creations.

ANTI-THEFT SACHET 

2 parts rosemary

1 part juniper 

1 part caraway seeds 

1 part elder 

1 pinch garlic

Tie up in white cloth and hang over the front door to protect the home and its contents.
